Central Park is a multifunctional complex consisting of apartment zone, retail & exposition zone introduced as Museum of Technology and Automotive Industry called Motown. Historical, postindustrial interiors of the old Tramway Station were adopted and programmed as a modern musuml-exhibitional space integrated with garage like clubs for automotive industry fans. Multifunctional space was equipped with latest technological infrastructure thus allowing the place to become the best place to organize moto-shows, conferences and various cultural events. The apartment zone is a modern multilevel complex of avanguard architecture realized according to the highest material and eco standards. Varied geometry of the building together with hight differentiation was achieved by by a free and irregular design of balconies and terraces.
