Norblin

The main idea of the concept was to create a modern high end apartment building integrated with automotive showrooms, exhibition spaces and garages for the best car brands owners. The building was located in Warszawa, Wola at the place of old automo- tive factory Norblin and the Museum of Technology and Automotive Industry. The ground level and basements are preoccupied by the showrooms and service rooms of the best automotive brands such as Jaguar, Bentley, Maserati i Porsche. The inner space with a specially leveled driveways will be used for car exhibitions as well as for events, auctions and presentations. The dominant architectural feature of the complex are eight fourteen stories apartment buildings designed in a engine cylinder manner of a V type. All apartments are integrated with exposition zone . The glass roof enables visual contact with garages and the inner courtyard that hosts conference center, bars, restaurants and exhibition spaces that are to be build at the place of the original museum.
